RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Resolve RFIs related to export documentation from customers, GBS, and other departments.
  • Support GBS in communications with customers and other departments as needed.
  • Collect original Letters of Indemnity (LOIs) for amendments and send confirmations to GBS.
  • Amend bills of lading from status 30.
  • Notify filing agents of customs re-filing if amendments are made.
  • Send notices to Points of Interest (POI) for issuing Original Bills of Lading (OBL) in third countries.
  • Check and collect original LOIs for telex releases/seaway bills.
  • Print and release original B/L after confirming vessel sale, loading, and payment.
  • Send telex release and seaway bill notices for non-credit customers.
  • Communicate with the Port of Destination (POD) for cargo release.
  • Liaise with customers on group procedures.
  • Coordinate with HO DOC via Zendesk for special customer requirements.
  • Submit e-manifest of export cargo to Vietnamese customs.
  • Address all requests submitted.
  • Maintain turnaround time (TAT) for cases under 2 working hours.

​REQUIREMENTS

  • College/Bachelor’s degree in Sea Transportation, Export-Import, International Business, Foreign Trade, etc.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position in a shipping company or freight forwarder.
  • Hard-working, customer service mindset, proactive, patient, careful, and attentive to details.
  • Skills: Time management, Problem-solving, Good communication, Work well under high pressure.
  • English communication skills.
  • Intermediate level of MS Office.
